This is time warp weekend.  Set your clocks back and you won't need to show up for the meeting an hour early.

Sunday meeting schedule:
11 am to 1 pm:  BARCC (Boston Area Rape Crisis Center) will present a workshop on responding to harassment within communities.  Please RSVP at http://doodle.com/axvddgrr4qeae48n  right away so that we have enough materials for all.

The next open-to-all Arisia Concomm meeting will be at 2 pm, Nov 4 in the Webster conference room at the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel.

The first part of the agenda is a hotel tour, followed by our committee meeting. Our major topic for discussion at this meeting are the instructions for room sets, furniture, food and anything else that we need to give to the hotel to carry out convention plans. So if you are going to need anything from the hotel, this is an important meeting to attend. The reminder announcement late next week will give a more detailed agenda.

This year we are adding a Quiet Room, a space to take a break from the noise and chaos of the con and those omnipresent fluorescent lights. This is our first year doing this, so the room will be very simply furnished.

We will be using a guest room on the 4th floor, and the information desk will have the room number. The room number is also likely to be listed in the pocket program as well.

This room will have set hours:

Friday 4pm-10pm

Saturday 10am-10pm

Sunday 10am-10pm

Monday 10am-3pm
