Rooms may be available once we're on site!
Our booking deadlines at both The Westin and The Renaissance have now passed, and due to the proximity of the convention, we are no longer processing the wait list or any other sort of request, and the last batch of confirmations of changes will go out on WednesdayWe do expect a few rooms to be available at The Westin once we're on site for the convention. These rooms will be allotted on a first come, first served basis, pending availability. If you want to try and get one of these last minute rooms at The Westin, please stop by our innkeeper desk, located across from the hotel front desk, once you arrive and we will do our best to get you a room.
If you need to cancel your room reservation at The Westin, please do so by e-mailing innkeeper@arisia.org. Rooms need to be canceled more than 72 hours before your arrival to avoid incurring a penalty.
