Next Meeting November 4 at the Westin (with update)

The next open-to-all Arisia Concomm meeting will be at 2 pm, Nov 4 in the Webster conference room at the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel.

The first part of the agenda is a hotel tour, followed by our committee meeting. Our major topic for discussion at this meeting are the instructions for room sets, furniture, food and anything else that we need to give to the hotel to carry out convention plans. So if you are going to need anything from the hotel, this is an important meeting to attend. The reminder announcement late next week will give a more detailed agenda.

The concomm meeting is on the same day as the Arisia staff workshop on handling reports of harassing or violent behavior facilitated by the BARCC. This workshop is in the same location as the concomm meeting from 11 am to 1 pm. There's a break from 1 to 2 pm for people to get themselves lunch.
