Arisia Convention Committee Meeting Sept 9th -- all welcome

The next Arisia general meeting will be on Sept 9 at 2:00 pm. All are welcome. Our location is the Stone meeting room in the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel. Bring your friends! We'll have a raffle for all attending the meeting, see details below. Hope to see you there!

Updated: We will have AUDIO-only Skype access at the concomm meeting. If you want to be on the conference call, add "arisiaconv" to your contacts. The Skype portion of the meeting will start at 2:35 PM.

Special rule for the raffle: if you bring someone to the meeting who's not been to an Arisia concomm meeting before, you get to put your name in twice! (And of course they get to put their name in, as well.)
